El LASO Newsletter

El LASO is our semi-annual newsletter produced through the University of Kansas Latin American Studies Outreach Program. It is your digital resource for Latin American affairs—featuring timely field reports, lesson plans, articles and interviews. The newsletter is published at the beginning of each month and sent out as a PDF attachment via e-mail to our subscriber list, as well as posted on the Latin American Studies Outreach webpage. We are just beginning to build our subscriber list, so please feel free to pass along the newsletter to friends and colleagues. Also, we'd love to hear your comments and feedback about the content, style and direction of EL LASO. The publication is a resource for you--teachers, instructors and Latin Americanists alike--so you're input is highly valued. Issues will be available in PDF format on this site. Please contact the Center if you would like to be included on the mailing list.
